My boss daugher finally got her used notebooks from its supplier. She was aiming to have it since October last year and her mom granted her wish last January 24th during their Davao vacation. Ading requested me to help her download her old files on my personal computer and I just did it a while ago. I told her to take good care of her new toy because she is indeed very lucky to have that at her early age. She responded " I will tita" and thank you very much for helping me!

February fever!

We are all excited for the month of February. Maybe you are wondering why, well its because our package from our dear Tita Baby will be arriving very very soon! She called us and told mama dear to expect the arrival on 2nd week of February. My niece Alxia is very excited to see her boots which she personally requested to her Mommy Baby last year. Kuya Andrei can't wait to touch his Transformer collection and Ate Aleighx is also expecting her barbie dolls. Seeing them so happy excites me to open the box lol!

Last Minute Bonding with PESO mates!

Last December 29-30, our PESO team has a last minute bonding at Davao city. After several attempts of going out of town it finally prosper. Our first stop was in SM City wherein we do our first mission to watch "MY HOUSE HUSBAND" lol! After watching movie, we have our last minute shopping at around 9 pm, we enjoyed the rush because the boutiques were about to closed, oh men... am telling you it was tiring yet we have fun! We have our overnight stay at our boss haven at Punta Dumalag, near the Pawikan Santuary! Sorry folks I don't have souvenir photo hence my memory card was disrupted... On the second day, we have our shopping galore at China Town, that was awesome.... Our two day bonding was full of fun and I hope we can do it again but this time in Manila..... YAHOO!

I've been doing our PESO Accomplishment Report for CY 2011 using the Proshow software since Friday! This program is new to me and honestly am having a hard time doing the report. I don't have formal training on this software huhuhu! This is already my 3rd day yet need to play more in order to familiarized its functions and effects. When I finish the 1st chapter of the report I need sound effects or any music that would served as my background. I search documentary music online yet I am not satisfied. Thanks God cause HE sent an angel this morning using her metronome, I got a Jazz music for my video. Your indeed a sweet angel ate Jean, thanks for helping!

Its a happy new year indeed for my favorite cousin Kuya Edel! His renewed visa was finally release last January 3, 2012. Kuya have waited it since December and he almost lost hope. God is so good all the time and we are very thankful for the early blessing to his family. My dear Kuya is enjoying his job in Dubai for 4 years now and recently he joined a group giving roadside assistance. According to him helping others makes him happy and he promise to continue doing community service in his new found home.

Last December 28, 2011, our beloved grandmother "MAMA ISKA" celebrated her 96th birthday! We are so thankful to the Lord Almighty for the lola's good health and still praying for more years with us. Since dear "mama Iska" is in Caloocan, we wasn't able to attend her special day. We just called to greet her happy birthday. Hearing Mama Iska's voice is great, we missed her so much. Hoping and praying for another blessed year with us, see you soon mama!

We had a blast welcoming year 2012. Since fire crackers is a big taboo on our compound, we diverted our celebration with a loud music using marine speakers. Oh, men am telling you it was fun. Hearing good music while bidding goodbye to year 2011 and welcoming the year of the dragon is indeed memorable. We slept almost 2 in the morning and woke up 6 am to attend the first worship service for 2012. Hearing GOD's words on the first day of the year is totally overwhelming. Hoping for a prosperous 2012.

Before the year ends, had a chance to bond with my bff Ethel Vera Papasin's Family at Camp Holiday, Samal Island! Sometimes it pays to have an in-pronto plan because it works out. We really had a great time playing on the sand with our kids. We wanted to stay overnight on the beach but since we have other appointment on the same day we need to depart at 3:00 pm to catch our next activities. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay even for a half day!

The City Economic Enterprise and the Kidapawan Integrated Transport Station will sponsor the mass on Friday so as the Convocation program on Monday. I can then remember when I was still part of the team. KCITS employees rendered a modern dance number wearing a discount scrubs from Marcus sponsored by my nursing friends. It was a fabulous number and I can't really forget that moment. On Monday, I will surely attend the program and hoping to see them dancing again!

Time flew very fast, I don't even notice that I am now on my 2 1/2 year her in Public Employment Service Office. I enjoyed my stay here, I love my colleagues and I can say I found my second home in them. Last Saturday, I was able to talk with my former KCITS staff wherein I served 3 years of service. We talked about the security equipment we purchased 2 years ago, Its still vivid on my mind when I went to Davao City looking for the best metal detectors for our security operations. According to Sam, out of 4 detectors we bought only 2 were functioning right now. I advice them to request for a new one hence security is very important specially Holidays is fast approaching.

Last week, my mom accompanied my dear father on its annual medical check up. They leave the house at 5:30 in the morning for Papa's laboratory diagnostics. After a day, I was the one who claimed the medical results. Papa loves laboratory varies but so thankful cause most of them are normal. His ecg result was normal but his x-ray indicated he has pneumonia. When we found out the result he was then advice to go back for to the hospital for another round of check up and prescription for his illness. Papa will undergone 2 weeks of medication for his mild pneumonia. The medicine is quite expensive but it doesn't matter, whats important is Papa dears health.

So lucky to have an orthodontics as kind as Dra. Thess Mandin Macaraeg. Eleven months ago she was patiently convincing me to have my brackets on because my biting and chewing ability was not proper because of my teeth alignment. When I finally decided to have it on last 3rd week of January this year , I really admire her because she is indeed dedicated to Orthodontist Jobs. Dra. Thess is our family dentist and we love her so much!

Last week my father's desktop got barred down. When the technician checked it, he found out that the video card was teared up, some of its capacitors were burnt out. The only remedy was to buy a new video card for dear Papa's unit. When my brother knew about it he told papa change his old pc, he volunteered to canvass an apple desktop computers hence he is more equip in terms of gadgets. Hmmm... I hope bro's convincing power will make up the mind of our beloved father lol!

Our dear Tita Baby was so generous to us! The last time she visited us here in Kidapawan City we got a lot of "pasalubong" from Canada with matching Canadian dollars lol. We are so thankful for the blessings she shared to us. My youngest bro Aris convert the cash into a Techno stainless steel watch which will serve as a souvenir from Tita's kindness. My Kuya bought an alarming device for his motorcycle. Of course yours truly bought 2 pairs of earrings. Thank you Tita, we love yah!

Its been 7 years since my 97 grandmother is using a hearing aide. Last Monday my cousin Kuya Rey is having a hard time looking for the spare hearing aid batteries that my Tita bought two months ago. Lola can't hear without using this gadget, I told Kuya Rey to bought a piece in a nearby medical supply center so that Lola will not suffer. We love Mama Iska so much!

Last Monday, we received a Bowling Invitations from our HR department. Starting October 14, 2011 we are mandated to play bowling at Dover Lanes. Our department is divided in 4 groups and I was in group 3. Its been a while since I played bowling, how I wish I still know how to throw the ball in the center and not in two canals lol! Am a bit nervous but excited. Hoping to play well on that day!

My nephew and nieces are busy preparing a birthday present to their beloved Nanay Belen. They will be making scrapbooks wherein showing how they love their grandmother so much. Ate Alxia was the boss and our two little rascals Aleighx and Andrei acted as assistants. My baby Ea was not able to participate because she was sick but of course her pictures will be included on the album. We are all excited on the outcome of their present, Nanay Belen will surely love it!

Mama Loves 62nd Birthday!

As early as September 1 we are planning for our beloved Mom's 62nd birthday celebration come on October 1. The occasion is not grand but we will make sure that mama will love it. The whole family is their on her special day. I invited few people whom very close to our family. I already prepared the menu with matching chocolate moist cake, her favorite dessert. We already have our reservation at Villa Oro Resort but unfortunately my daughter Andrea got sick and needs immediate medication. The date of the celebration was move on Sunday so as the venue. We decided it to celebrate at home. We hope Ea will be ok then so that Nanay Belen will be truly happy then. Advance happy birthday Mama, we love you so much!

My little brother Jan-Jan will be getting married next year. As early as now he contacted our friend Niña to be the official photographer on their wedding day come on June 2012. Niña and her boyfriend is practicing their craft at United Arab Emirates specifically Dubai. Jan and his wife to be is now looking for a nice triton wedding bands design so as flowers to be used on the said special occasion. We are excited on that day to come!

I hate seeing my self gaining weight again, after losing 11 kilos am now gaining 5 kilos in just 3 months. I told my self I must take an appetite suppressants to stop it. I must go back to strict diet and how I wish I can survive without eating rice. Its very hard to start once again but am praying I have the courage to do it once again religiously. I must do it positively for my own good.

My boss is having a hard time right now because of her ailing mother. I understand how she felt because I also love my mom so much. Nanay Rosa is suffering from skin cancer, she was operated last December 2010 at Davao Medical Center and have her radioactive at Davao Doctors Hospital early January of this year. After 6 months of her medication her body has broke down and cancer cells have spread all over her body. She was confine at the hospital for almost two weeks now, I know the family is in pain seeing her suffering. My boss told us, she already accepted Nanay's fate what she is praying right now is that GOD will not prolong Nanay Rosa's agony. She told us that every time they hear nanay's mourn her heart is crying and wishing that the pain nanay is suffering will be transferred to her to ease nanay's suffering. We keep on praying that the whole family will be strong and steadfast while on big trial.

Andrei was playing his favorite psp game when his toy hangs up. He tried to restore it but it if fails to go back on its original form. He is keep on complaining about it until his Papa check the gadget. Aris found out the memory has corrupted and no files can be open anymore. He text his office mate who have experience the same before. He was advice to reformat and upgrade the memory to avoid such incident.

My dear Andrei is now into gaming computers nowadays but I see it its still in moderation. I allowed him to play only after he review his notes and finish his assignments. I also set him a curfew, he is only allowed until 9:00 o'clock in the evening in front of the computer. During weekends he can play as much as he likes provided that all projects in school was already done. We don't want to deprived him on the latest trend but we need to discipline him also for his own good.

The last time we saw each other was in 1993, we were in our Senior years then in High School. After 18 long years, were reunited once again. It feels good seeing my Best friend Jemema, nothing has change except we have our own family right now. Time really flew so fast she has now a 6 year old boy named Josh. I am very happy to see her again in flesh though we have constant communication. Last Friday, we hang out in Davao with her beautiful mom Leila and his husband Haysam. We had time together, dinning, strolling and shopping Lol! According to Jem, there will be part 2, before she leaves for Dubai... Yepey, can't wait for that day to happen... Pictures will follow!

I know he missed his husband so much, we saw and venture her struggle hence after they have exchange their vows 22nd of July last year, Bong departed for work on 25th of July. I am also excited to get the : ATV Parts which I have requested him hence I can't find one here in the city. Juvy told me that they will deliver it door to door lol!

Yesterday, I got a chance to met the owner of the agency Mr. Michael Angelo himself. My boss introduce me to him and I was so amaze with this guy because he is very humble. He told us that on October they will be officially branching at our city. They asked my boss to assist them in hiring personnel for Kidapawan branch and automatically we gave them qualified applicants. Ms. Lilian will lead the Team. As early as now they are preparing the office renovation timely for the opening on October. Sir Oliver asked me to scout for office furniture and fixture and I referred him to SMP House wherein they can chose variety of designs, they also have wooden Adirondack chairs if ever they need it. We are all excited on the opening of their branch here in the city.

When I met the People's Champ up close and personal last June, I admired his humility the most. Despite of his popularity he remain very humble with his two feet on the ground. Three weeks ago, a new show was launched wherein PACMAN is the main host back up by KAPUSO stars namely Paolo Contis, Glady's Guevarra, Lovi Poe and others. The show is named " Manny, many Prizes" wherein his co-stars and the contestants called him Ninong Manny. I have watched the show and man, am telling you PACMAN is so generous, he gave Millions of prizes and I heard a part of it is came from his own pocket. No wonder, this coming days he will be the NINONG of the Filipino masses!

She told me that MF and his family have migrated to Atlanta, Georgia USA 5 years ago . She told me that Mark is already a practicing lawyer. We are so thankful to our boss for allowing us to used her credit card whenever we needed it. Last Sunday, she asked me a favor to go to the groceries and bought something for our snacks using her plastic card. While am waiting for my turn on the counter, I saw two guys installing something on the wine counter and I saw a small printing machine and I saw a Epson TM-T88V box at the top of the counter table. Hmmm... no need me to presume they upgraded their machines on selected counters, wow it means better service!

A lot of problems comes my way but as a good Christian I treated it as a trial to strengthen my faith in God. I am very thankful that God give me the courage to face all the adversities in my life. Being positive also helps me to conquer it all. Many of my friends admire my positive outlook in life, they knew how hard my life was been in past three years but I survive with God's divine guidance, love and support of my family and true friends. I always advice my friends that being positive is an advantage because it shows how strong our faith to God is. We believe that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us!

One of the keepsake that I have treasured are the christening gifts that I have received from my friends. My first ever gift was way back 1997, during Rosalie's son christening,that was my first "inaanak"! The latest was during Enzo's dedication, though I failed to attended the said special occasion but my good friend Ethel dear still give me the souvenir. Next year, two of my friends will be giving birth and as early as now they have book me to be the Godmother.... Of course am very happy for that privilege.

Austerity Measures!

Our city is now taking Austerity measures hence the Treasury department have not reach its collection target for the first two quarters. During our meeting our boss told us that we need to cut our budget and needs to tight our expenses. This measures took effect starting July 1st and will continue while the business debt collection of the city was not yet achieve. The CTO is working double time to reach their target collection by the end of September. I really hope they can do it!

Unexpected Email with a belated birthday gift!

Last Monday, 2 days to be exact after my birthday, I received an email from a very unexpected person. My tongue got tied when this person greeted me belated on my birthday, am not really expecting this in my wildest dream. In the email it was mentioned there that this person will be sending a belated gift through a friend which will be coming home this August. Whew.... I don't know how to react, will I be happy or not! Anyways, I just replied thank you for remembering me!

My friend Efren and his family migrated from United Kingdom to Australia two years ago. When they left UK they sold all their things hence tracking is very costly. When they were in Land down under, they started investing again from their house, vehicles and other important things that they will be using everyday. Glad to know at in two years time, they have achieve all the targets. Last February they have visited Philippines once again and while on Singapore Efren tweeted me if rv repairs facility have reach our country. I told him not so sure but I guess in Metro they have their branch already.

Cancelled Travel!

Am happy that my travel to Manila for the Skills Registry System Evaluation Seminar has been cancelled. The first reason that am celebrating is that I can accompany my baby to their Mid-year Thanks giving at our church. Secondly, I have a lot of reports to be done for the upcoming MYPA to be held at General Santos City. Third, am not feeling well and I want to rest. Thanks boss for saving me and voluntarily attend the said event in my behalf.

Fashionable uniforms

For me wearing uniform is indeed very practical because I need not to worry what to wear everyday. Every year, we have two sets of complimentary uniforms which makes us excited specially when new designs were introduce to us by different tailoring industry who joined the bidding. Since we are in the government service all departments have the same cuts and colors. Before the health department wore same uniforms as the office does but lately they requested the designers to customize their uniforms to make it appropriate in their work. This year our medical health workers enjoyed their customize nurse uniform, they look so chic and fashionable. The colors is very inviting and attractive. Thanks to the HR department for granting the request. Kudos!

Yearly maintenance!

When you invest for something, it must be planned and well understood specially the consequences of having it. Three years ago, a family friend offered us his tricycle, the unit is slightly used hence he used it only for family service but it has a legal franchise for hire. When he offered the price, my papa got interested because of its very friendly price. When we acquired the unit we make sure that we have to save some part of the rental for its maintenance specially the parts like bearings, tires, breaks, interiors, spokes etc. Out of Php 150.00 per day, my papa told me to save Php 50.00 for the said purpose. In these sense, we need not worry if ever some of the parts got broken because were ready for the expenses.

Another blessed year for us, its our birthday month! Time really flew very fast and now were on our special month. In our group, 5 of us will celebrate our natal day. Ate Elvi was last July 2, Papa Chang on July 17, yours truly on the 23rd, Greta dear on the 28th and Ate Stella on July 31st. When were still together in one department our group had the grandest celebration, can you imagine 5 in 1 celebration, what a blast. Can you imagine your self in a paying in the counter of a grocery store without using any laser barcode scanner ? Every time am thinking about it, I felt like draining my self most especially if I put myself on the shoes of the cashier or stock inventory clerk. I felt like am back on the stone age every time I enter an establishment buying numerous things and doing it manually for cashiering. Thanks to the technology for making our lives easier to live.

It was February of 2008 when I met Lainy and her family personally during the wedding of one of my blogpal Twerlyn whom also her best friend. It was indeed a delightful moment meeting two beautiful ladies inside and out. They are truly a gem to treasure. Last June 9, 2011 after 3 long years I was able to met her again with his supah cool ma'am for the second time. We started our date at the church, he fetch me at the hotel for the 7:00 pm worship service. After the service she gave me a wonderful dinner treat at Grab a Crab Resto which make my tummy even fuller lol. It was indeed a wonderful date to remember. So lucky to find my second family to them. love 'em very much!

Our first attempt to meet the People's Champ was truly heart breaking to our team hence our mind was 101% sure to be up close and personal with him. The WORLD VISION GSC Staff have wrote him a letter asking permission to visit him at the Mansion scheduled last June 9, 2011 and it was confirmed by his brother who was also a WV supporter. The trainer itself shorten the training session to give way for that very rare chance to see Hon. Manny Pacquiao. It was raining then yet it doesn't stop us rushing to the mansion. We have waited hours yet were told by his staff that PACMAN is sleeping hence he has only 2 hours slept when he arrived from Manila on the same date. He asked for apologies but they open the mansion for us to take souvenir pictures. The team extended to wait until 730 in the evening yet no PACMAN has showed up. We leave the mansion very disappointed.

It was unexpected Saturday morning around 5:00 am when my good buddy Ethel spotted the HUMMER vehicle of PACMAN parked infront of JMIX mall owned by the Peoples Champ. We rushly asked the security guard if PACMAN is there and when he said Yes we plea if we can go inside just to Pip him at his sports bar. Our stay there for 30 minutes paid off when one of his guard recognized me. So thankful cause she remembered me during our visit to the mansion. Our patience has paid off because we were able to met PACMAN unexpectedly. Very happy its truly unforgetable.

I realize how important it is when one of my colleagues got an accident last week. It was in year 1998 when I had my first cellphone, it was still analog that time. I can't forgot how expensive that phone was and wow the sim pack cost 2000% higher compared today. It makes me smile every time I imagine that phone. Only a decade have pass rapid technology development affects our daily living. Communication is now very easy and cheaper compared before. When my brother gave a Motorola Xoom to his son. I told him our young ones are very lucky hence they can have the latest gadget with no sweat at all. Unlike us we work so hard and earned money for a year before we can buy the thing we like. He just replied, that's what you called fast development... LOL!

Last May 6, 2011, the Special Program for the Employment of Students got a chance to attend a training seminar and on flower arrangement, table skirting and jewelry making. After the said skills training, the participants have compete with each other. So proud of our team because they bagged the 1st place in all category. I love the flowers that Erdelyn have arrange in a basket, the judge told her that she can use her talent specially during special occasions where in she can show her creativity. Sir Mike give me and idea, I can request Erdely to make the best halloween gift baskets on November for the city's Halloween treat.

I can consider myself a Farm Town Fanatics, in the latest buzz another facilities were created and now available in the store. So excited when I saw the sports center, I bought it without any hesitation at all. To my surprise I need another facilities before I can fully utilize the usage of the said facility. I need to buy another building wherein products like archery arrows, dart pins, basketball nets, pingpong rackets and alike are to be processed. Whew, I need to be careful next time.

Few days from now we will be holding a Province wide SPES day celebration. This is only the second time that all Special Program for the Employment of Students beneficiaries in North Cotabato will be gathered together. We are expecting at least 21 Local Government Units in the province of North Cotabato to participate the said event. As a host city, we are very busy preparing for the venue. We are undermanned yet we are hoping for the best and we really prayed for a satisfying result. As early as now, our beneficiaries are so excited to participate the upcoming activities such as skills training on table skirting and flower arrangement, ballgames, literary and musical contest as well as the search for Mr. & Ms. SPES 2011.

We are now encoding job orders from different agencies, I noticed that most of the J.O's are intended for medical practitioners, engineers, skilled workers and domestic helpers. The latest one that I have encode includes tech jobs which a lot of information technology graduates are looking for. I hope for more job offers will be submitted to us.

A good friend from Kidapawan Transport Station keeps on complaining the pain she is experiencing on her tummy. I am a bit worried about it because its internal. I advice mommy Rose to better visit her doctor to know the reason of the pain. What I like her most is that she is a good listener, she do what I've told her. The last time we see each other, she looks happy and told me that she is in colonetix treatment. She needs to detoxify and cleanse her colons. According to her, the fats she's eating was stock on her tummy and needs to detox it. Go ate, stay healthy always!

I miss my College friends. I missed playing pool and bowling with them every Friday. I can still remember when kuya Enan celebrated his 25th birthday, the girls bought a customize pool sticks for him. Been busy preparing reviewers for my niece and nephew. They were both graduating from Kinder II at Central Mindanao Colleges,Elementary Department! I am so proud of this two kiddos, they were both in top 10 since First Grading period. I hope and pray they can really make it until the end of the school year. Andrei is on rank 1 while Aleighx is on rank 5. My brothers are laughing at me because I acted as stage aunt for them since they entered schooling. Some parents thought I am the mother hahahaha.... Anyways, I love this kids and I am very proud for their achievements!

One of my favorite on the 10th season of AMERICAN IDOL is Scott McCreery. He is only 17 years old but wow the voice is very depth. I use to see him wearing polo and long sleeves since the audition. Last week during one interview I saw him on urban clothing and he looks good on it. Her teeny personality was there. He looks so cool and love it! They are so adorable, they just stayed in their birdhouses dancing and singing all the time. You can touch them also but take extra care on holding them or else they can scratch you. When I gained so much weight, I experience short breathing. When I told my mom about it she got worried. From then she always remind me to reduce and have a healthy diet. I appreciate mom's concerned. To lessen my mom's worries , I go on strict diet now and once a week I devoted time for my acupuncture session. I believe and love alternative medicine. I feel good and revive every time I finish my session. Lately, I suffer back pain and my acupuncturist Kuya Joel, advise me to have two sessions in a week so that I can recover immediately. I will Kuya Joel!

My 6 year old nephew's curiosity strikes again. One day when were travelling going to my office he saw an ambulance with red cross. When were approaching the city hall, another ambulance was on the parking area and it has a green cross. He asked me if there is a Blue Cross ambulance as well. The 1oth year of Amerian Idol is the most exciting season for me so far. I've never failed to watch the show from the day it started. I am very much delighted to see the new judges, Jennifer Lopez is very alluring as ever. Steven Tyler is very cool and of course the veteran Randy! Ryan seems never gets old on his look. The contenders of the 10th season are very young yet very talented. I love the new set of the AI, the modern sofa where the contenders seated seems makes them calm even the show heats up. We are now preparing for the upcoming Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) batch 2011 come on Marh 5, Saturday at exactly 7:30 in the morning to be held at the City gymnasium. Juvy my beautiful partner is in-charge of the reproduction of materials needed. Pretty Boy Reggie will prepare the venue, yours truly will be the one finalizing the list and will do the essay type of the examinations and of course my boss will take charge of the objective questionnaires. It would be a toxic day for sure but hoping for the best.

Two weeks ago I was reunited with this persons after 15 years of no communication. I learned that Lilet was already married so as Dexter. I was very much surprise when Dexter changed his profile and I saw the picture of Lilet and his son. I was so amaze, I never thought that destiny bring this two wonderful guys together. Dexter was once not with us in faith but GOD called him to be in HIS flock on the last days. According to Lilet she never saw Dexter for 6 years and one day their way crossed and bring them together forever. They were really destine with each other. So glad for my sister and brother in Christ.
