The Provincial Disaster Management Group of North Cotabato is pushing hard for the approval of the propose ordinance re: wearing of safety helmets of all motorist passing the hi-way of the province. Different reactions was posted during the public hearing yet majority favors the said proposal. My eldest brother is indeed lucky cause he received scorpion helmets from my Aunt, just in time for the implementation of the said ordinance very very soon.
