Busy....busy... busy....

I have a hectic schedule for 1st quarter of the year. Yesterday, registration for Special Program for Employment of Students (SPES) applicants was started. On February 8-12, 2011 we will be celebrating the 13th Founding Anniversary of Kidapawan City and we will be sponsoring a 1 day Job Fair as part of the celebration. As a host of the said activity, we are very busy preparing for the said event. I am in-charge of the dirty works, from inviting different agencies and establishment offering local and overseas jobs, lay-outing of tarpaulins, preparation of programs, certificates and SRS ID's, whew! There are times that I spent more than 12 hours in front of the computer without break. On March 5, 2011, SPES exams is scheduled meaning a big work awaits for me. Good luck to myself LOL!

Jobs... jobs...jobs....

The City of Kidapawan will celebrate its 13th founding anniversary this February 8-12, 2011. In line with the celebration our office the Public Employment Service Office in coordination with the Department of Labor and Employment and Philippine Overseas Employment Administration will conduct a 1 day Job Fair. As early as now I am encoding the Job Orders and happy to say that there is an accounts finance jobs waiting for new applicants. Hoping for a successful Job Fair on the 8th of February.

Time Flew So Fast

Wow, it seems it was just just yesterday when I make the 1st birthday invitations of Julia, she is now turning 2 come on January 30, 2011. My friend Kiks and Jun are very busy preparing for their Unica Hija's party at Sardonyx Plaza. Julia's birtday theme is HELLO KITTY. Kiks requested me to lay-out the invitation as well as the tarpaulin , I hope I can grant her request, just keeping my fingers cross hence my schedule is so hectic nowadays.

He is back!

My long time friend Kuya Boy is back from seaboard. We saw each other yesterday with his family. He looks so haggard with his long hair, I teased him that he can hire me to cut his hair for free LOL! While having chitchats with hi wife ate Dang, I enjoyed browsing his album. He is working in a cruise ship as an officer. I noticed that cabin furniture of the ship is uniform yet very chic and classy. Kuya Boy told me that they are all customized, hmmm.... no wonder its so beautiful.

Be ready

Since December of last year, our place is experiencing extreme weather. It is so unpredictable. Just recently we have heavy rains which causes flood on low lying areas of the city. Landslide also occurred on the mountainous areas. My friend who is a member of the City Disaster Coordinating Council told me that since January they have rescued at least 50 families all over the city. Sir Ed added that his team is complaining of muscle pain already because they are working non-stop most specially on rainy days. I told Sir Ed, they can use a muscle stimulator to relax their body and to help ease the pain they are suffering right now.

Field Trip on halt...

Every calendar year, private schools have an educational field trip. This year, we are advice to have another trip at Davao City but no fix date yet. Yesterday, I asked some whereabouts on the said activity, Ma'am Cris class adviser of my nephew told me that field trip activity is on halt for so many reasons. She explained that the school will undergo PAASCO accreditation on the 24th of the month and they are very busy preparing for the said activity. She advised us to wait for further noticed. I update my brother on this matter and he is very happy to know that it is still on halt, he has time to schedule his leave so that he can accompany his son Andrei. The father and son are looking forward to have a great time together.

Jessie on his diet

My good buddy Jessie Boy is also on diet. He started his regimen last December and he told me that he had crash diets that work program. I also shared my NO RICE meal diet to him. He just smiled when I told him you can try it if you want. He replied " I will think about it hahahaha"! Whew, I know no rice meal is very very tough but if you are eager to lose, everyone can do it!

Massive Registration

Our office will be very busy on the first quarter of the year. Calendar of activities were finalized and for sure its gonna be a tough battle for our team. This coming January 17, massive registration for our Special Program for the Employment of Students will start which will end on the 11th of the following month. Come on February 7 to 11, our city will be celebrating its 13th foundation anniversary and one of the highlight of the said event is the 2011 JOBS FAIR which will be spearheaded by our office. This activity is in coordination with Department of Labor and Employment and the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration. Selection of SPES candidates will be on 2nd week of March and on April 4, student will start their summer job on different office. Whew... tough... tough... tough activities.

Work out

We want to start the year fit and healthy so we decided to start our diet program. My brother and I are planning to enroll for work out class after office hour. It was not yet materialized but I hope very very soon. I have started my "NO RICE" meal already and as expected very effective. In just first week of religiously following my diet regimen I lose 2 kilos already, so happy for it. After a month of I will start my ab workouts to flatten my tummy. I wish everything will goes well.

LCD TV

Two years ago, my brother bought 32 inches lg lcd for my mom. Of course, mama is very happy about it. Out of 3 bedrooms, my room was the only that has no television. I express to my brother that I want to have one also and he replied " ok sister dear, just tell me when your budget is ready and I will be happy to render my service for free"! Lol, I thought he will buy one for me!

First Day of Office!

Yahoo, its another year. It's my first day of office for the year 2011 and am loving it. As usual I am the earliest bird, I arrived 1 hour before the office hour. I want to start my year right and being late is a mortal sin to me. My boss arrived around 7:30 and we have a great time updating each others activity last year. The whole gang is complete. I wish for a better and brighter future in this office.

Ruby!

Ate Jean is finally a sales director of MK and as part of her thanks giving, she is giving away abirthstone jewelry to all of her members. Our team is very excited to have our gift, yepey! When Ate Jean asked me what's my stone, I instantly answered Ruby lols. On the 22nd of this month we plan to wear it hence we will be receiving our token on the 15th of January. Thanks Ate Jean, mwah!
