Bearings

My father is very particular with the maintenance of our service vehicles. He always think for our safety and we are very thankful for that. This week, he instructed Joey our very kind tricycle driver to check possible damage parts and change the bearings of our tricycle. My eldest brother assisted him the check-up and accompanied Joey in purchasing the needed parts. This will be form part of our preparation for renewal next year.

A glimpse of Kidapawan!

I love seeing this wonderful light creation, every time I pass by at Kidapawan City Overpass! This San Francisco inspired bridge of light is truly amazing and want to give a kudos to our beloved City Mayor Rodolfo Y. Gantuangco for a job well done. This creation gave hope all the Kidapaweños. Sexy Santa!

Holiday season is here once again, Christmas songs dominates the airwaves, big sales is waiting for a lot of shoppers. Last week, when I went to Davao, I noticed that theres a lot of sexy Santa in the counter wearing plus size corsets, I do love watching them dancing, they are so alluring and very graceful! Every time my baby heard the music she imitates the dance moves of those sexy Lady Santa's!

Side Effects!

One of my greatest fear of taking supplements is the after effect of it on my body, these are the exact words I heard from my friend Marie. I told her to consult her doctor before using any food supplements so that her worries will be lessen. For sure her doctor will enlighten her mind on the side effects of diet pills and hoping Marie will change her views on it!

Learning the basic!

After a year of concentrating to his son as her model on photography, my dear Ethel Vera is now exploring things as her new subject. According to her, its nice to spread my wings once more. My devotion to take pictures on my son from day one till he reached one year old takes a lot of patient but its very fulfilling. The milestone of my son is for-keeps! She added that on my next post less Enzo photographs will be seen but more of me (her photo), very silly best friend!

Beauty enhancement

My dear friend Marie is gifted with beautiful skin. In fact, her friends called her " Ms. Flawless", her skin is very tone from head to toe! The only problem she is complaining is how to get rid with the dark circles in her eye area because of being sleepless since she came home from UAE. I advice her to use the best eye cream for dark circles that Ate Jean have told me. Marie is very thankful for that!

Our elders!

For more than a decade my lola Iska and lola Rudy seen each other again. Tears of joy fell in their eyes when they hug each other after a very long time of being apart. My Lola is staying in Caloocan while Lolo Rudy is living for good at Kabacan with his children and grandchildren. When Lola Iska arrived last November 11, she is so eager to see his youngest brother. We told her that we already have a schedule of visit and she must not worry hence her wish will be granted. Lola Iska is already 96 years old but still very healthy, thanks God for that wonderful gift. My Lolo Rudy is in his late 80's too but he looks younger on his age.

Gadget Lover!

As a gadget lover, we treat our toys as our baby specially if it is our favorite. I never thought that a gadget has an insurance too, when I heard about ipad insurance I feel so amaze. I can conclude that the owner is so much inlove with his/her toy so much. How lucky those gadgets are, how I wish am a gadget too, so that I can feel a lifetime pampering LOL!

Remembrance!

We received some blessing from our dear Tita Baby when she had her vacation with us, I and my youngest brother decided to buy a remembrance so that every time we saw that thing, we can remember her. I have two options in my mind, one is to buy a dual sim phone or I will raise an additional amount so that I can have my dream gadget and soon to have an ipods collection. Working hard for that!

Bakasyonista

These are the "Bakasyonistas", my 96 years old beautiful grandmother, my tita Rebecca (in blue), my Tita Baby Francis from Canada (in white) my tita Delly (in black) and my cousin Jon! They will be staying with us for 13 days! This is their first breakfast at home. They prefer to ate in the terrace to enjoy the cold breeze outside. Their 13 days stay are jump pack, itinerary is ready. We hope they will be enjoying their stay with us!

Play station 3

Papa, I want playstation 3 , these are the exact words that my nephew Andrei told to his father on his birthday. My brother told him "ok, do good in school and if you will graduate with honors then papa will buy one for you". Andrei says " ok, papa! for now I will just enjoy my PSP 2 then If I have a new one I will give back my old one to you", very silly nephew!

Healthy discussion

We had a healthy discussion with my bessie Iris regarding my plan of losing weight. Among the three of us I am the only one who needs to lose very badly. Iris advice me to go back on my after 6 diet while Marie told me to use the diets that work method that she have tried on her regimen. I am so thankful with my friends, they really care for me. How I wish I can also achieve the desired weight for me very very soon!

Agco Mountain Spa Resort

I miss Agco, this place is truly haven for me. The sceneries is breathtaking and the water is as cold as ice. It was 2 years ago since the last time I visited the place. According to my friends, there are new facilities added to the place. I can't wait to experience the relaxing steaming spa and cover my whole body with the natural sulfuric mud. Plunge my self to the therapeutic pool and make a big splash on the icy spring water pool. Wait for us Agco, we will be there very very soon!

Marie says....

My good friend Marie is very vocal on her diet regimen. The last time we talk she told me one product that helps her on losing weight. She always said that this is the weight loss pills that work overtime. She added that it works amazing on her body. Marie ask me, if I am interested she can help me place order to her friend Anna. No doubt my friend, I want to try it!

Teach me please!

Arranging flowers on special occasion is an amazing talent. I always ask my sister in-law to teach me how to make bouquets, corsage and basket of flowers. Manang is an experience florist, every time there is an special occasion on our place, they always ask for her service. They love the lastest flower designs she made. My sister in-law make sure that her customers will be happy and satisfied with her services all the time.

Umpan as SK Chairman!

Who can forget this fine young man in the middle of two lovely ladies. Edwin Umpan is really making big after doing good on his SPES days. In the recently held SK election, Edwin ran as SK Chairman and he won landslide. Last Monday, I congratulated him personally during the oath taking ceremony at the city gymnasium. Edwin came from a political family. In fact, his father was the former Barangay Chairman and his brother took place the position making him the youngest Barangay Chairman in the Philippines at the age of 20. His grandfather and grandmother were also Barangay Kagawad. I salute you Umpan Family!

Early Preparation

As early as this month we are now preparing for the renewal of our tricycle for next year 2011. My brother had already inquire the insurance quotes which will be needed for the registration. Our driver was instructed to monitor the oil and change it regularly so that it can pass the emission test. On December, 4th quarter tax will be paid and on 1st week of January I will personally process the renewal of registration.

General cleaning

In preparation with Tita Baby's visit here in Kidapawan. We conducted a general cleaning in the entire house. I was assign to wash all the curtains and beddings. I also cleaned the bath room, I brush all the tiles specially the bathroom sink. In the afternoon, we cleaned the garden and harvest some solo papaya, yummy! A week from now, they will be here! We are very excited to see them!

She's here!

My prettiest tita is already here in the Philippines. She arrived 11:30 last night at Ninoy Aquino International Airport. We are only five who knows she is coming on that day (me,mama & 3 cousins who fetch her at the airport. Her homecoming is a truly a big surprise to some of my relatives hence they are expecting her arrival on December. According to my cousin, my 96 years old grand mother is jumping for joy when she saw Tita Baby. The people on the house are on panic LOL! Anyways, Tita will be here in Kidapawan on 11th of November. She will be accompanied by my Lola, my 2 Titas and my cousin Totoy. We are all excited to see them all!

MK Event!

Last week the Mary Kay Philippines, Davao Branch had a two day Guest Event at Digos City. The said occasion was very successful. The MK ladies deserves an applause for a job well done. According to my co-IBC, their guest enjoy the free facial and hands spa. The products presentation was so chic with matching custom presentation folders of the MK magazine and flyers. I wish we will have one at Kidapawan soon.

Tarp for Biboy!

Last week, Juvy ask me a favor of designing a tarpaulin for Biboy his nephew. She told me that the little boy loves BEN10 so much. As usual the request is granted and heres the finish product hehehe. I hope BIBOY will love this tarpaulin. It feels good when you made somebody happy even in your own little way. Happy Birthday Biboy!
