What A day!

The Local Government of Kidapawan City in coordination and partnership with Department of Labor and Employment and Philippine Overseas Employment Administration is sponsoring a one day Jobs Fair of Overseas and Local Employment today April 29, 2010. Originally, the venue should be in the City gymnasium but with unavoidable circumstances it was transferred at Kidapawan City Convention Center which in favors us because the ambiance is more relaxing and more comfortable for all the participants because it is air-conditioned. Hmmm... every changes is for the better...

So happy for Ate!

Last March 20, 2010 my eldest niece have at last finished her Elementary Education. When graduation announcements was made by their Principal one month before the Commencement Exercise, I can see the glee on the face of my niece. We are so proud of her. In fact, I have given her a token which she truly love " A new cellphone" which she can used in her High school days. Congratulations ate, we love you so much!

I've notice that even drug stores in my place used a security cameras for their protection unlike before that only banks and big establishment have it. Base on my own experience this gadgets really helps for security purposes. In my previous office KCITS, we fought for the same for the goodness of the riding public. Were so happy when it was approved and installed early quarter last year.

Yesterday was the pilot episode of the reality game show called " Take me Out". This new show is hosted by JAY-R. It is a dating game wherein a guy should impress the two groups of beautiful and sexy ladies and convince not to take off the lights. Yesterday, an amateur basketball player have a great catch of a sexy artistry diva! Hmmm, I wonder if she uses slimming pills to maintain her gorgeous figure, what do you think?

Just recently I encountered the word hydroxycut and I feel curious about it! I consulted Mr. Google and it enlighten my mind hehehehe. This is my niece Aleighx Fym, she volunteered to carry the candle during the time we observed the Earth Hour last March. Our angels have a lot of questions why we should shut off our lights, a lot of "Bakit Tito, Bakit Tita" LOL! Good thing that my brother is very patient answering all their queries hehehehe.... Thanks God they are easily convince or else Tita would be on the rescue explaining it from one! LOL!

Constipated!

Got worried yesterday when my nephew Andrei cried hard because he can't poop! He is only 5 years old and so hard to explain it all to him. How I wish I can use some tips that I read from colon cleanse reviews to help him ease the pain. I called his pedia and told us to let him take a lot of liquids most specially water. My mom also bought some papaya for him to eat. Hope next time he poop it would be a successful one!

Furniture make over!

After 5 long years of service, our little sofa was send to furniture house for make over. Kuya Boy the furniture house owner suggested to repaint and change the foam of the long bench. I personally choose color brown for the cover. Last Friday, we visited Kuya Boy again and I saw tons of log furniture in the compound. I learned that those logs was from Agusan, no wonder cause I know that place is known for wonderful hard wood logs at very cheap price.

Wooderful

When I was still working in Project-Aim a Non-Government Organization which support impoverish people I used to travel all parts of Mindanao and Visayas. One of the most unforgettable place I visited was in the Province of Agusan. In there I saw different kinds of wood scattered in places. The house that we used to stay was creatively made out of wood. The wall was all Narra wood and the floor was made out of Kamagong, a black wood that shines very naturally. The house has no cement nor paint at all, it was all made natural. The color of the woods gave life to the entire house. Decorations was made out of drift woods! Hmmm..... how I wish digital camera was in during those days!

Diet for Good!

My friend Glori Fe delivered a bouncing healthy baby boy last Sunday! Her pregnancy was very shaky even she had her regular pre-natal check up with her OB-GYNE. She has gestational diabetes and pre-eclampsia syndrome or commonly called High blood for pregnant woman! On her 4th month of pregnancy she has a strict diet. She needs to sacrifice for it cause she cant take the usual weight loss products that she uses before he got pregnant. Last Sunday, all the worries has been vanished when she finally delivered he baby. Thanks God both of them were safe!

Be Practical!

Being practical nowadays is indeed an advantage. In my case, I don't buy things which is not necessary unlike before that I am a compulsive buyer. I remember those days that my mom use to scold me every time I shop cause I bought things which gives pleasure to my eyes and not for its usage. To date, I learned my lessons and wished I spent it properly. Lately, I started invested for the health of our family. I use to scout which company gives the most affordable life insurance rates. Before subscribing I double check the benefits I can get and its advantages. I am more practical now than before, at least am improving LOL!
