Year End Facility Check-up!

Before the year ends, its been a tradition of the family to fix all the furnitures and fixtures of the house, from the electrical wiring down to the water fixtures. My dad instructed my eldest brother to have a check list of all the fixtures to be replaced so that we will know how much would be needed for the said repair/upgrade. One particular area that needs to be upgraded is the faucet in our lavatory, this morning I and my brother looks for a good brand like Hansgrohe which is well-known for it finest faucet designs and durability. One store has it and we already place our order, hopefully next Saturday we can pick it up!

KCITS Security Sticker Renewal!

Few days from now, we will be starting the renewal of KCITS security sticker. I already finished the design and last Saturday it was run for printing. The management is expecting around 1500 public utility vehicles to renew their stickers so that they can enter the Terminal premises. Private vehicles also have a security sticker but limited only to KCITS stakeholders. We alloted only 300 stickers for private vehicles, for sure it would be the best seller hehehehe hence a lot of private individuals are really wishing to have it for them to be allowed their vehicles to enter the premises.

A Timely Gift!

My two sister in laws have something in common, they both love foot wears and have their own collections. Their friends are aware of this, thats why if there is special occasion like birthdays, it is expected that most common gift they received will be foot wears! Manang Bingkai loves sandals and step-ins while Em loves clogs and shoes. This holiday season Dansko footwear would be a perfect gift for the two of them. I am sure that they will both like it.

Farewell Vice Mayor LPM!

Last November 25th around 8:00 o'clock in the evening, I've received a text message from one of my colleague informing me that VM Malaluan had passed away. I was shock when I read the message because I can't believe it, were together a month ago attending the DILG-MBUSSP Executive-Legislative Forum held at Subic, Olongapo City. He was so healthy then and no signs of sickness in his face. He is very energetic.

That night I called up some close friends of VM to asked if the text message was true or merely a gossips. I felt like my veins have collapse when all of them confirmed the bad news. According to his cousin sir Raul VM had his medical check-up when he arrived from Subic at Davao Doctor's Hospital but the his doctors does not allowed him to go out from the hospital on that day. They were surprise because his cardio advice him and his family to prepared themselves hence VM needs to have a bypass operation ASAP. He undergone open heart surgery and stayed at the ICU for 3 weeks. According to his doctor VM have renal malfunctions that causes complications and the main reason of his death.

The whole city is mourning for his sudden death. We lost one founder of the city. Farewell to a good doctor, a good father, a good friend and was a great leader of LGU Kidapawan!

Safety cutters

One of the most tedious routine in our office was the cutting of car pass for all the public utility vehicles operating inside the overland terminal. As a matter of fact, we need 1600 pieces everyday to sustain the 16 hours operation. Every quarter, the finance section head used to request a box cutter which is the most usable tools in their section. As the Admin in-charge of the KCITS I am the one responsible in the procurement of all the items needed in the daily operation. I see to it that all supplies needed by every section must be available every time they needed it.

Sony Ericsson T700

This afternoon, when my brother is browsing the net, one phone model caught our attention and I really wanted to have one soon hehehe... I am referring to Sony Ericsson's T700. A stylishly sleek and elegant phone. It is indeed small in size but with a big performance. Another reason why I am interested in this phone was the price hehehehe... it is very affordable compared to some high-end phone models. Please read the specification and you'll agree with me that your money is very sulit! wink...

For the 3rd time around MBUSSP Component C team, visit our place. They had a 2 day visit for the 2nd phase of installation of KCITS computerization program. We are very happy to have them in our office of course since we had established good relationship with them. Ma'am Agnes is very supportive on our needs as well as Tina who is untiringly calling me from time to time to follow-up the project, and Jay, the IT expert who was been very patient with me from day 1. This afternoon, Jay finally finished the program and installed it successfully. Thanks guys, see you again on our next project!

Advertising on Blogs

It's been a year since I started blogging through my friend Lainy who's been convincing me to join her newest craze. At first, I was on hesitation for so many personal reasons but with my friend's will and determination I am here. At first blogging is merely a pastime hobby for me hence, I was pre-occupied with work, but I realized why I should not try engaging myself into a better opportunity thus I know a lot of online friends who's been earning much through advertising on blogs.

With the help and guidance of my friend I was able to enroll with different advertising sites, of course I never forget my first opportunity which gave me a taste of earning some dollars. It was like a victory for me and as days goes by I am hungry for more sites that gives better opportunity and good service to each bloggers who are working for them. Last week, when I was hopping at the sites of my friends, I've noticed different post that mentioned a particular new site that offers its doors to bloggers to earned more. Out of curiosity, I tried to click the link and I am happy to see another Blog advertising network, I am referring to Paying Post one of the newest sites that offers a wide array of opportunities to every qualified bloggers. I never hesitated to give a try and register my blogs to this site. It is true that once you registered and qualified, it would only take hours and you can get your approval. I was very happy of course when my sites gets its approval and I am very excited to have my first assignment from them. Try this newest paid advertising sites and be one of us now!

The decor

Two weeks ago, my staff was discussing bout the holiday decors we will be putting in our office. They asked me what will be my plans, I just smiled and told them, I don't have plans and I am giving them the authority to decide on that matter. After a day, my staff have a  meeting on the   concept the decoration ,the materials that they will be using as well as the manpower needed. When  I was listening to them, I can't help but laugh on the result of the meeting cause after 1.5 hours no idea was finalized.

One of my staff approached me and told me  if I have some ideas to share. I told them to recycle some of our old decors and this time we will make it a green concept. We will make the decoration simple and elegant and not the usual blinking and shinny one. Heres the result below!

Moving for Good

I am use to move from one place to another since my childhood. My father's calling to serve GOD is one very reason why I grew up in different places. It was a good experience actually hence I and my siblings were train to be independent as early 6 years old and I really find it very advantageous when I grew up cause adjustments is no longer difficult. Last Friday, one of our neighbor was transferred at Malita, Davao Sur, one of the closest province of North Cotabato. It was a sad moment in the entire compound but we look at it as new step and a good development for them. When the moving services vehicle was about to go, tears from my former neighbors fell while bidding goodbye to old pals. We just hug each other and says tell we meet again, sigh!

My cute little angels!

These three cute little ones really rocks my world. They are my precious nieces and nephew. The three of them are so close to each other like siblings. Alxia is now 11 years old while Aleighx is 4 and 7 months old then Andrei is 4 and 1 month old. They are so " makulit" that sometimes irritates me but most of the time they really makes me smile. Every pay day, I used to treat them depending on the my extra budget hehehe... This picture was taken at PEP's resto bar wherein they really enjoy the food as well as the open playground.

Holiday Season is Coming

Time is really running so fast, I haven't noticed that its almost December. Every year-end, its been a tradition of most Filipinos to have a present to their love ones and friends in spite of beliefs and religions. As early as November some are already buying gifts to avoid rush holiday shopping. Why not, different malls have wide variety of sale items that fits every ones budget and most of all you can have your time choosing the right item without a rush and having fear of being out of stock.

The only photo outside Legenda Hotel, Subic

Last October 22-25 I was able to attend the DILG-MBUSSP Executive- Legislative LGU Forum held at Legenda Hotel, Subic Freeport Zone, Olangapo City. I was very happy for this once in a lifetime opportunity in my career to be with the Executives all over Mindanao. I was able to visit Subic years ago and I was amazed with the huge development when I came back this year. I was not expecting that travelling time going there is already shorten and it  just like Kidapawan to Davao (2 hours) because of NLEX super hi-way. Before we used to travel 4-5 hours, imagine what a big difference!

Sad to say during the duration of our stay in Subic,were not able to hop and visit their famous tourist spots because of time constraint. I was very disappointed because I brought my video cam and other gadgets huhuhu... Actually this is the only picture I had outside the hotel because mostly we stayed at the conference room. Anyways, i just wish in my next visit I can tour the whole place and enjoy the beauty of this place.

This morning I am browsing my files searching for a photo for my tarpaulin designs. I came across to this photo and I've enjoyed watching it. I knew majority of the them because they are heads from different departments. This picture is taken few months back in relation to the housing project of the local government.

After a sweet winning from Lainy's Birthday Bash Contest, I am now enjoying the prices! After a day Lainy text me up and ask my account so that she could send me the money price. I was so happy of course and responded her with a very big smile. I am very excited  when I checked the  balance transfers she made. To make my winning more memorable I bought another domain as a remembrance with a timely free lay-out from one of the sponsors. I feels good to be a winner, cheers!
